Bistromat je restoran sa otvorenom kuhinjom u stanu jedne zemunuske spratne kuće iz 1909. Visoki plafoni, 3 velika prozora do ulice, orahov masiv na šanku i stolovima, originalni hrastov parket, švapska cigla i starinski tekstil karakterišu Bistromat. Restoran ima osamnaest mesta i okrenut je uglavnom francuskoj gastronomiji 1900-tih i jelima koja su kompleksna u izradi. Koristimo sezonske namirnice i shodno tome gradimo jelovnike.
