Bistromat je intimni restoran sa konceptom otvorene kuhinje, smešten u samom srcu Vračara, blizu Hrama, a daleko od gradske buke. Spajajući francuske kulinarske tehnike, kuvajući po Escoffier-u, sa pažljivo biranim lokalnim namirnicama, kreiramo prefinjena jela evropske gastronomije u toplom, domaćem ambijentu gde se hrana priprema direktno ispred vas, stvarajući nezaboravne ukuse i iskustvo o kome se priča.

From the street, you can only see the bar area, but the restaurant opens up beautifully inside. The interior features an open kitchen, a comfortable seating area with three elegant velvet booths, and plenty of additional tables.

Open kitchen concept, you get to talk to the main chef and he can give you any kind of advice or direct explanation regarding the food… and the food is beyond perfection. French onion soup was one of the best I tried. Lava cake with home made vanilla ice-cream and lemon tart are also recommended.
